HYAF fluorine plastic lined upward expansion pneumatic tank bottom
valve is a special corrosion-resistant shut-off valve. The valve
body inner wall and valve components in contact with the fluid are
all high-pressure injection molded, lined with corrosion-resistant
and aging resistant non-metallic F46, PFA, and can withstand almost
all media (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia
corrosion). It is mainly used at the bottom of various storage
containers. Its smooth and streamlined valve body flow channel
design, spherical single seat valve core type, is easy to flow
media, and is widely used in industries such as polymerization
reaction, chemical fiber, food, fermentation, etc. It is especially
suitable for controlling acid, alkali corrosive media, toxic and
volatile gases and liquids. For slurry and high-density fluid
applications, it is also an ideal choice. When selecting this
series of valves, it is necessary to consider the temperature,
pressure, adhesion, corrosiveness and other conditions of the
medium in the storage container. In order to maximize the
satisfaction of different working conditions, in addition to the
standard products provided by the samples, we can also provide

of users. The HY series PTFE tank bottom valve has two structural
forms, HYAF is an upward expansion type and HYBF is a downward
expansion type. Can be equipped with HA film type actuators and HV
single acting cylinder type actuators. The leakage of the
regulating valve complies with the GB/T4213-2008 standard.
